Seeking full-time + benefits, Senior Business/Financial Analyst II, to be responsible for the financial aspects of programs in support of a wide range of customers. This individual will serve as a key member of the program team and work directly with the program manager to help define the program’s goals and objectives; create and maintain a program’s budget and schedule, analyze progress reported against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline; and recommend actions to improve progress to achieve flawless program execution. This individual may prepare and present financial forecasts, reports and analysis. This individual should possess a working knowledge of multiple contract types, tools and processes to support program audits and ensure policy/program compliance. IMPACT: Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on the area of responsibility. Responsible for entire projects or processes spanning multiple professional areas. COMPLEXITY: Problems typically involve multiple issues, areas or specialties. Makes significant improvements in programs, processes, and solutions to enhance results. COMMUNICATION: Communicates with internal team members across multiple areas and client team members. May communicate with parties external to the organization (e.g., sub-contractors, vendors, etc.). Works to influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches. LEADERSHIP & TALENT MANAGEMENT: KNOWLEDGE: Utilizes expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced principles, and concepts of a professional family. TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Requires a degree and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience ** Must be willing to undergo background investigation ** ** Prior FAA or other government agency experience a plus **** 5 day/week in-office expectation** Salary: $100,000-$115,000 commensurate to level of education and years of relevant experience**
